How hot does a baseboard get when the water baseboard heating system is running?
It's a gas water heating baseboard system.
We want to know how hot the baseboard heater gets. Can you put the palm of your hand on the heater and keep it there for 10 seconds…will that burn your hand? Or will that only make your hand feel warm? We are thinking of buying a house that has this system and we have no experience with it and we don't want our little kids to be burned if they touch the baseboards.
